Pink Tonic Smoothie

Hello Beautiful people!

The Sunny days are back here in Australia and I wanted to celebrate posting some special smoothie recipes I worked on last year!

I'm moving back to Sunny Perth and all this happiness in the air made me want to share these little gems!

Spring is a time for changes and refreshing our lives, so why not try this Immune boosting spring weight-loss Smoothie with a girlfriend on a warm day?

RECIPE:

1 Cup of frozen organic strawberries

1/2 a tsp of reishi powder

1 tsp of chia seeds

1 tsp of vegan probiotics

1 tsp of extra vergin organic coconut oil

1 tsp of yaccon syrup

1/2 the flesh and water from a fresh young coconut

1 small frozen ripe organic pear1 and

1/2 tbsp of rose water

1 pinch of cinnamon1 pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt

1 pinch of pure vanilla

Put all the ingredients in a blender until you reach 500ml, add water or coconut milk if needed.Blend for approx 30 seconds until smooth.
