Spring Super Smoothie

Hey beautiful people!


Here in Melbourne it's spring now =D

First thing! I would like to share with you all that my website is under construction now and will be soon open to the public with lots of new recipes and other fun things.


But lets talk about juicy stuff!

A couple of days ago I was published on the first Raw Vegan magazine in Italy, CRUDO STYLE. To celebrate this memorable achievement I’ve decided to make an effort for my readers and post at least one recipe every 2 weeks!


For a fresh, complete, grain-free and dairy-free breakfast, rich in antioxidants, protein, fibre, vitamins, essential oils (omega 3 e 6), lets start with this amazing smoothie! Variant of one of my first favorite creations God’s Gold.

Ingredients for the Spring smoothie:

- 1 Banana

- 10 Strawberries

- 1 tpsp of chia seeds

- A handful of Goji berries

- 500ml of raw coconut milk

- 1 tbsp of lucuma powder

- 1 pinch of pure vanilla

- 3 tbsp’s of raw protein powder (AMAZONIA)

- 1 tbsp of yacon syrup or coconut syrup or a date.

Blend until smooth! & enjoy ;D
