A dedicated professional with artistic, creative flair and a passion for sustainable and wellness design. I have been working as an Architectural designer for 6 years for Architecture, Interior Design & Building companies using mostly Revit other than an array of other design tools. (see Tools)
I'm a positive & kind woman with a very approachable nature, an excellent listener and communicator who effectively conveys information with a wide range of people. An out of the box thinker and enthusiastic learner, eager to meet challenges and quickly assimilate new concepts. Lumion Creative Package extract from Sydney office
The role mainly entailed: Revit modeling in 3D of
the design, delivering changes sketches for the client and timely documenting the project.
Exposed to highly complex aspects of the Garden City and Westfield Stirling shopping centers during the design, documentation & costing phase for redevelopment.
Garden City: Part of the services and architectural team, working on parking and amenities.
Stirling: Assigned full package coordination and delivery of amenities, mall entries, lobbies & I was involved with leasing plans delivery.

The role mainly entailed: Design lead and sole management of clients, hands-on conceptual, schematic design and design development, throughout to contract documentation, working within required time-frames for a variety of projects across Australia.
Projects were delivered using Revit for 3D modelling and documentation, Adobe for design presentations and Lumion for visualisations.
The ability to handle sub-consultants, clients and multiple deadlines working in a fast-paced environment was essential to ensure all aspects of the project's resolution.

Cox Render New PMH
The role mainly entailed: Schematic design through to full detailed design documentation.
Member of the Interior design team for offices and bespoke joinery detailed documentation.
Gained proficiency at Revit on a large, complex project. Used own initiative when implementing space planning concepts at a schematic stage – with several suggestions accepted and incorporated into the overall design.
Reviewed and amended office areas for DDA compliance, using Australian Standards for reference (AS1428.1 etc.)
Investigated and visited interior suppliers to evaluate products, including testing of various workstation systems for efficiency and user comfort within proposed office areas.
Compiled and edited stakeholder presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, including the preparation of 3D visualisations and diagrams.
Considered glazing, wall requirements, fire/acoustic rating, circulation and usability of spaces.
Resolved challenges as they arose by coordinating with electrical engineers, interior designers, facade, basement and door teams and equipment family creators.
Also part of the e-cox team, for ESD and sustainable design ideas within the company.
Projects: Perth Children's Hospital Project & St Thomas Moore students residence.
